Gloryland Baptist Church in FHA Lugbe, Abuja, recently celebrated its 20th anniversary with the dedication of a new 2,000-seat church complex. The week-long event, which began on October 7, 2024, included several activities such as three days of fasting and prayer, a visit to a local motherless babies' home, and a revival prayer session. A praise concert featuring a Christian artiste from Lagos was followed by an award night that honored distinguished church members.
The grand finale, held on October 13, featured a worship service, where the Nigerian Baptist Convention President, Reverend Dr. Israel Akanji, officiated the dedication of various sections of the church building. Additionally, the church broke ground for its upcoming secondary school complex. The event highlighted the church’s dedication to spiritual growth and community service.
